Return Merchandise Authorization

In order to make sure each customer receives the best customer service possible, Black Clover Games has implemented a mandatory RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Policy.

If we issue an RMA and require return, the return shipping address for Black Clover Games will be provided if and when the RMA is issued.

We will not accept, repair, or issue credit, without an authorized RMA.  If we require a return, send it to the attention of Tech Support with the RMA number visible on and in all boxes returned.

Without a visible and explicit RMA number on the label or package, it will be accepted or processed.

If your return or repair does not meet the proper criteria, it will be returned to you (see Limited Warranty below).  If the product or repair does not meet the proper criteria, a rep from Black Clover Games will contact you to go over shipping options and any costs that may be incurred.

We will only grant credit or refunds for defective units once our inspection is complete and will be subject to the Limited Warranty policy.

Credit or refunds will not be issued for charges on shipments that are refused or undeliverable due to customers that are not present when delivery attempts are made.

RMA numbers will expire 30 days from the date issued.

All claims for shortage, damage, etc. must be made upon receipt of shipment.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
